Horrible overall condition. The door to our room would barely open or close due to previous damage. The shower was in disrepair, bad patching work, and the safety habdle/rail was falling out of the wall. The bathroom wallpaper was flacking off, there was clear drywall damage, and also a small swarm of flys (or flylike insects) living in the bathroom. The matresses are cheap and uncomfortable. The facuet on the sink was also loose and spun around freely.....this place in a mess, in need of maintenance and repairs.

I liked the breakfast and staff. A/C worked good. Nice hot water. Didn't like the room because the toilet didn't flush, noisy neighbors nextdoor, disconnect phone and homeless guy on a bike next to my van. Overall it's near the campus and there is a lot of homeless around that area apparently.

I am very dissapointed with the behaviour of the staff during this visit. Somehow during the breakfast there was a homless lady came in and picked up the breakfast, one of the staff came and asked her to go out, the homeless lady was going out with the breakfast plate, as soon she went near the door the staff pushed the food plate and they started fighting.. we felt very upset after that incident

The Room dirty and they have mugs. They have no idea what’s going on in the hotel. They lock my door to my room and they thought I was somebody else… I was not happy that they locked my door right after I talk to them about who I was….

Our stay here was not that great. We were out in a room that had a broken ac unit and it was about 90 degrees in there. There was what appeared to be mold all over the ceiling in the bathroom and everything seemed to just be falling apart and in general disrepair. The staff were friendly though

There is no way this hotel should have the word Quality anywhere in their name! The only saving grace for this place is that the staff was really nice. That was the only thing! I have pics that I will be sending to the company but I must say this was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
The future was so bad…I didn’t want to sit on it!
Look at this tub…who would feel comfortable taking a bath or shower in this!
