Architect-designed villa with heated pool and garden
Welcome to this idyllic holiday home in Rivedoux-Plage, where relaxation and rejuvenation await! Imagine yourself having breakfast bathed in the gentle morning breeze, diving into a refreshing swimming pool, enjoying the sun whilst devouring a good book, then gathering around a delicious barbecue. This house is simply perfect for that. It can accommodate up to 10 people (6 adults maximum) and its exterior is a true haven of peace.
With an area of 120 m², this tastefully furnished house flooded with light offers you all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay. The fully equipped kitchen in the main house includes induction hobs, a refrigerator, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee maker (beans), a toaster and a citrus press. You will be able to enjoy your delicious meals at a large wooden table, ideal for moments of conviviality. The lounge, for its part, is a cosy space where you can relax in front of your favourite series. The large openings overlooking the gardens offer you a peaceful view of the swimming pool and allow you to enjoy a fresh breeze during your meals.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms. The master suite offers a view of the garden and has a private bathroom and a dressing room. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed (single on top and double 180 x 190 on the bottom), whilst the third will delight children with its cabin bed (two single beds on top and a single bed on the bottom). These last two bedrooms overlook another small garden, creating a peaceful space.
The house also includes a studio adjoining the main house (interconnected). You will find a second kitchen equipped with electric hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. A double sofa bed (160 cm) will allow you to rest peacefully. The studio also has a bathroom with toilet and a private terrace.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, the house is equipped with a heated swimming pool at 28 degrees (available from 15/05 to 30/09), a barbecue, an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate WC, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer, an iron, a high chair, a Bluetooth speaker and 4 parking spaces.
*This house being a primary residence, be prepared to receive visits from Paoli, the cat who normally occupies the premises, even though he is temporarily staying with the neighbour. Do not be surprised if he comes to be curious and greet you.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison qui respire la sérénité et le bonheur. Bravo aux propriétaire pour ce petit cocon qu'ils se sont créés.
La piscine et la maison étaient très bien entretenues et conforme à la description.
