logement bien situé

Logement très bien équipé et bien situé; le seul bémol est le rdc et fenêtre côté rue assez bruyant en raison d'une boîte de nuit ou pub très fréquenté par des jeunes très bruyants.

Appartement bien situé et confortable

On a passé 4 jours, bon sejour. L'appartement ok pour 2-4 personnes, peut-etre un peu petit pour 6 personnes. Grande table a manger dans le salon prend un peu trop de place. Sinon confortable et bien equippé. Beaucoup d'appareils ménager (raclette, casseroles, utensiles cuisine, machine a laver) Tres proche des pistes et commerces.

Appartement tres bien agencé intérieurement. Tout es mis a disposition. Seule Bémol les wc (il ne faut pas être claustrophobe, TRES TRES ÉTROIT). Le prix est correcte ET TOUS EST NEUF. Tres bon séjour. Et même un petit balcon qui donne directement dans la rue.

Bonjour je tient juste à dire que nous avons réservé se logement et franchement comme dit dans l'annonce très bien aménagée fonctionnel à 2 pas de tout commerce et des piste et sa franchement c'est le top je n'est vraiment rien à dire sur le logement ni la propriétaire qui nous a répondue toute suite et à toute nos questions et l'agence était au top également merci à tous pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil encore merci notre famille en gardera un souvenir inoubliable ❤❤❤

Le studio est correctement situé, un peu mal isolé par rapport aux bruits extérieurs et donc, sa proximité avec la boite de nuit font que vous êtes régulièrement réveillés jusque passé 3h du matin. Pour le reste il est conforme à l'annonce et très bien équipé. TRES GROS BEMOL : l'agence CONSTEL immo : des voleuses arnaqueuses. blocage de la caution ménage pour des longs cheveux dans la baignoire. Je suis CHAUVE et mon fils coiffé court ! Alors qu'en arrivant, j'ai relavé la vaisselle avant de m'en servir tant les étagères étaient couvertes de poussière. Sans parler de leur incompétence avec leur matériel éléctronique. Carte de crédit débitée au lieu de remboursement de caution, propose un chèque en retour , en belgique cela n'existe plus. J'ai lu d'autres commentaires sur le net, et on y reporte que des arnaques du même genre.Si un proprio me propose encore cette agence, j'annule la réservation.

Très bon contact avec propriétaire en messagerie et agent immobilier en direct. Venu hors saison satisfait de mon séjour pour randonner aux alentours et dans le queyras. Très bel endroit pour s'évader... 👀👍

Petit appartement fonctionnel

Appartement très bien pour 4 personnes, un peu juste pour 6. Très fonctionnel et proche des pistes de ski. Par contre, très bruyant la nuit, du fait de la proximité d'un bar un peu plus haut et retour des personnes au milieu de la nuit, alcoolisées. Pas très bien insonorise et pas ensoleillé. Très proche de la route. Dommage car l'appartement en lui même est top. Les propriétaires très réactifs à toutes nos questions.
