Holiday Home 'Casetta Maya' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

In the Tuscan countryside, on the Etruscan coast, immersed in the beautiful quiet of a three-hectare olive grove, stands on a knoll the little house dependance Maya with beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea. It is 2 km from the village of Riparbella where all essential services are located. Newly built, but with a Tuscan flavor on the outside, this three-room apartment is furnished with attention to detail and is perfect for a couple seeking total relaxation.

In the immediate vicinity are important and renowned local wineries with wine tasting. Ancient villages to see such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Casale Marittimo, Volterra, Lajatico birthplace of singer Bocelli. Sandy beaches and pine forests from Cecina mare to San Vincenzo, Baratti Gulf and several spas. You can admire and easily reach the islands of the Tyrrhenian coast. Routes and tours of mountain biking, hiking, kite surfing, paddle for sports lovers!!! In the village of Riparbella, every month there is a market and various events....

For stays of one week or longer an extra cleaning (for a fee) will be carried out.



Please note that the outdoor pool is for exclusive use of the homeowners, their private guests and guests of Casetta Maya.

The use of the pool for sporting activities such as diving and the use of diving equipment (scuba tanks and diving weights, etc.) is strictly prohibited. The pool is intended exclusively for bathing.

The hosts speak English, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, French.



The property does not have a private parking space but you can find free parking on the street.

There are 2 tvs, Microwave, induction hob, Wifi and air conditioning.

Please note that for stays longer than a week, cleaning service and a change of sheets will be mandatory at an additional cost.
