Stone house located in a small countryside village 10 km from Duras, 40 km from Saint Emilion, 30 km from Bergerac, 10 km from Saint Foy la grande where you will find all the amenities 3 km from grocery, tobacco, bakery.
The house comprises on the ground floor a veranda which overlooks the garden, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, freezer, small appliances, etc.)

Great outside spaces

This property is great value for money for two families of four to stay. There is plenty of outside space for active kids to run around. There is also everything you need for al fresco BBQ dinners. The next supermarket is about 15 minutes away in Pineulh. The interior is quite dated and could do with an upgrade but you wouldn’t get the house for this price anymore. Overall we had a pleasant time here. Thanks very much!

Communication facile et agréable. Nous aurions apprécié rester plus longtemps mais nous remercions les propriétaires de nous avoir juste dépanner pour 1 nuit alors que nous sommes en pleine saison.

Très bon séjour avec famille et amis. Maison spacieuse, pratique et agréable. Très sympa pour les déjeuners et dîners sur la terrasse.

Bel endroit mais manque d'attention pour les vacanciers.

Notre séjour s'est bien passé mais limite dans l'entretien de la maison (froid malgré le chauffage, fenêtre bloquée...) Très bon équipement pour les enfants et ados. Merci pour ce séjour.
