The location was perfect the sea views were wonderful and we were on the 6th floor so high enough to have a panoramic view. The room was tired and probably hasn't been updated since the late 90's early 00's, same with the bathroom. The rooms were clean though and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was superb and dining experience pleasant. We didn't use the pool /spa. We would definitely stay here again.

I stood in line for over an hour. Half of that time there were two attendants not helping anyone. No one informed me of the cap in the pool and that attendant ran over and yelled at me. It’s also not one your welcome paper.

When there is blood on your bed when you check in, that’s all I have to say really. Staff were lovely and polite and they couldn’t say sorry enough, the cleaner was given a hard time, that did not help at all really. Also in addition to this review the tiles in the bathroom were manky and need a clean 211 room, never said a thing after the blood, disgusting to be fair x although very sorry, you can’t understand the horror

6/10 Okay

I had a good night sleep. The hotel is quite outdated (except for the bathroom) and the spa area was unfortunately closed for renovation.. The gym is very bad, just a room with poor equipment, but a room to work out in is still nice. It’s not close to anything of remark but the casino and the ocean. Friendly staff.
