The apartment is spread over a single floor, the first, of a recently renovated independent villa.
It does not have a private parking space but on the road in front of the house there are some spaces that are free even if public, furthermore there is a larger public car park 50 meters away. Internally it consists of a large living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, double bedroom with large panoramic windows, bedroom with double sofa bed. A third double room with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 an extra charge of € 50.00 has to be paid

- deposit (compulsory): € 200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (if paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
