Um bom hotel

O quarto é bem apertadinho, mas bem arrumado, limpo e mobiliado. Acredito que seria mais confortável se tivesse mais travesseiros e mais um cobertor. Fomos super bem atendidos o tempo inteiro, o café da manhã era sempre bem completo, diversificado, fresco e uma delícia! Super bem localizado, pertinho da praia de Copacabana.

Hotel moderno com falta de gestão

Hotel com instalações modernas e limpo. Há 3 quadras da praia, com supermercado e farmácia próximos. Os funcionários Jonas (os dois), Sr. Jorge e os mensageiros são educados, atenciosos e simpáticos, eles são a exceção e fazem a diferença. Há falta de cordialidade dos demais recepcionistas. E também dificuldade de comunicação principalmente com estrangeiros. Cama confortável, boa ducha e quarto com vista para o Cristo Redentor. Fiquei na suíte luxo 1902, o elevador só vai até o 18º andar, depois tem 2 lances de escada. Um dos 2 elevadores disponíveis estava com o botão do 18º andar com defeito, e sem o botão do térreo. Suíte pequena, mal iluminada, com um spot queimado, travesseiros finos, o controle não desligava a televisão e poucos canais disponíveis. A toalha de banho estava puída, bem desgastada. Os funcionários do café da manhã educados e atenciosos. Solicitei reposição e fui atendida. O buffet de café da manhã com pouca variedade e repetitivo. Os bolos e cuscuz eram secos. O suco de laranja não era natural, uma laranjada sem sabor. As toalhas americanas das mesas estão bem gastas, rachadas. É cobrado 30 reais pelo depósito de bagagens. O hotel é novo, e tem tudo para ser uma boa estadia no Rio. No entanto, não há uma gestão eficiente. Sugestão: melhorar a gestão do hotel, realizar manutenções necessárias, investir na qualidade dos produtos e alimentos, fazer capacitação dos funcionários. Recepcionistas de hotel deve ter boa comunicação, simpatia e domínio de idiomas.
