Todos os membros da equipe foram simpáticos comigo. Nunca fui a um lugar que tive um atendimento maravilhoso. Consegui tomar o meu chá na recepção, usando a água quente e podia sempre encher a minha garrafa d’água no filtro. Tinha uma água saborizada na recepção que foi um plus. O quarto achei um tamanho ideal, bom chuveiro e a mesinha para trabalhar estava na altura certa. O café da manhã estava uma delícia e o almoço no hotel era bem bom. Voltarei com certeza.

Está bem localizado, próximo à UFAC com opção de lazer próximo de não distante do shopping. Foi a recomendação de localização de pessoas locais, por ser mais seguro do que o centro. É super padrão Ibis e tem uma prateleira de produtos Made In Acre excelente para lembrancinhas de viagem. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e tem itens regionais como baixaria.
