Good deal for a low cost hotel. It is in serious need for update and the rooms definitely could use better mattresses. Reception personnel was very professional and very pleasant.

The location of the hotel is good because it is at Rio Branco downtown. But I had a terrible experience with the hotel. First, staff were rude. Second, they charged an extra fee because I have a person with me in the room that was for 3 people. Third, air conditioning and TV in the bedroom were not properly working (to be fair, they come to fix after I requested). Fourth, room was very small. One can find better place in Rio Branco for about the same cost. I don’t recommend staying there.

Gosto de quartos bem escuros e silenciosos para dormir. No meu caso, o quarto ficava voltado para a rua e percebi que a cortina não bloqueava totalmente a luz dos postes, principalmente nas laterais da parede onde fica a cama, o que acabou me incomodando um pouco durante a noite, além do barulho dos carros quando amanheceu. Além disso, o colchão da cama de casal parecia um pouco afundado no lado em que dormi. No geral, porém, o hotel é limpo e organizado. Cheguei de madrugada e havia recepção funcionando, o que facilitou bastante o check-in. O café da manhã é bom e atende bem.
