Las propiedades donde el las preguntas antes de reservar no son respondidas no deben ser alquiladas y Vrbo debe bloquear o cuando menos alertar de que no se haga reserva. En este caso el anfitrión manifestó tener un problema con su teléfono, y nunca respondió a mensajes antes y después de realizar reserva y pagarla. Tuvimos que posponer nuestro viaje a Málaga y buscat otro alojamiento, la respuesta que Vrbo ofrece para estos casos para ayudar a conseguir opciones de alojamiento y recibir reembolso deja toda la carga de esfuerzo, gastos y preocupación del lado del que hace la reserva. El anfitrión luego de 24-48 horas de que Vrbo se comunicó con ella se mantuvo en contacto y el dinero fue reembolsado luego. Si Vrbo no recibe la cancelación del anfitrión o propietario el reembolso cae en un largo proceso de mediación de Vrbo donde no se asume responsabilidad directa. Gran falla de mecanismos para ofrecer confiabilidad. De 3 reservas con Vrbo a lo largo del mes tuvimos alguna forma de problema con las 3, en una combinación de mala o deficiente información antes de la reservación, con dos problemas terribles después de reservar y pagar
