Very Private villa for 4 to 18 people. Only your group has access to the property. This is a family location with natural surroundings, no close neighbors. The ocean views are relaxing and plus the kids just love the pool! Covered off street parking available for two cars and two private entrances, one up and the other at the bottom end of the property. Security cameras at all points of entry for cars and property and your safety. Views that are not blocked (see fotos) Very discrete and private location for your families vacation time!
If you have less than 6 staying ask for the small family discount!

Family New Year’s

This property had everything we needed - space, convenient location, private pool, kitchen (actually 2) and outdoor grill. Walkable distance to town, a responsive host, we highly recommend. Having the host onsite gave us the added bonus of pizza making lessons. Thank you Reece for your hospitality and willingness to help!

Wonderful Host & Lovely Property

Jeff went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay. He took us grocery shopping, brought us to the craft market, and even helped us make pizzas in the outdoor oven! The bedrooms are large and the grounds are lovely. The walk into town and/or the beach is a bit of a poke if you’re hauling things—about 10 minutes. Great view from the pool and outdoor kitchen!
