Self service check in (!) - pleasant hotel.

The hotel is clean, decent breakfast and well located. However, once we knew that our flight was going be delayed, we telephoned the hotel and was assured that the reception was manned 24/7. Upon our (7 hours delayed) arrival, although we could get inside the building, we could not make ourselves heard. We even phoned again, only for the phone on the desk in front of us to go unanswered. We considered sleeping on the sofas in reception (!) before leaning over the desk to see our name and room number on a sheet of paper. Luckily - old fashioned keys were hung on hooks so we were able to self serve and eventually got into bed at 4am ! The next day there was no apology or explanation - just a demand for the €5 room tax!! Otherwise - friendly staff mostly.

Just of a older hotel. Staff was very nice, great location (right next to a bus station to San Marino, 20 minute walk to train station), and room was all we needed.

Very good location, short walk to the train station and just next to the beach. Housekeeping doesn't seem to bother too much about cleaning. Breakfast was okayish, but lack of fresh vegatables e.g. tomatos, cucumbers etc, they have plenty of cakes and cookies available but those are all prepacked, not fresh products, also not healthy. First day of my stay there were delicious and fresh croissants, however the next day they had the artificial prepacked ones, you could clearly taste the difference, absolutely horrible. The hotel was good price overall, so not gonna complain too much.

We had a great stay at St Pierre. Location was fantastic 3 mins from the beach and close to city center. Staff, breakfast and room was a good deal for the price paid! Many thanks and highly recommended to come back 😊

Less value for money

Noisy. Almost all sounds happening in the hotel are audible including elevator. Parking is 500m away where you need to open a traditional hanging door lock with the key given by the reception. Elevator is very small, stroller barely fits with 1 man, sometimes the elevator goes to wrong floor. There is no welcome area near hotel, you kind of stop on the road in order to unload. Hotels.com shows this hotel if you select “Free Parking” in the filters, however hotel staff will charge you 5€ for parking, probably, something wrong with the Hotels.com website. The only good thing that compensates all is friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
