Knowing nothing about "booking"

I already wrote you about this "stay". There was no "stay". Please, find my letter on this topic. I had hard problems with this "booking" and suppose to get refunding and compensation.

Buon servizio, prezzo ottimo

Ottimo soggiorno economico, ricca colazione inclusa, camera con bagno spazioso, e pulizie giornaliere. Il matrimoniale nella stanza però erano due singoli messi insieme, non esattamente comodo, e l'ascensore ha una moquette impregnata di puzza e sporcizia. Anche se non è perfetto in ogni singolo aspetto, il prezzo era davvero ottimo. Tornerei volentieri. Magari riesco a farmi un'altra vacanza in zona quest'anno!

Struttura datata. Si nota come gli ammodernamenti siano stati effettuati solo in alcune aree (ad es. la sala ristorante), mentre altre (ad es. la nostra stanza) pare siano state dimenticate. Il livello di pulizia è stato sufficiente, ma non eccelso. La varietà del buffet colazione piuttosto limitata. Unica nota davvero positiva è stata la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff

La camera era ampia e pulita ma era situata all'attico, particolare non citato nella prenotazione. Inoltre il condizionatore era rotto e funzionava solo la ventola sul soffitto. Essendo in alto faceva molto caldo ed è stato difficile stare in stanza soprattutto di notte. Inoltre, mi era stato indicato un parcheggio riservato a pagamento ma non mi è stato preventivamente detto il costo che poi si è rivelato un pò caro. In generale la struttura può dirsi sufficiente.
