Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was not able to even stay because the check-in was office and I wasn’t able to get my room combination. I had called them multiple times and texted ahead of time saying that I was going to be checking in later in the evening then proceeded to come back the next day in the morning and the checkin office was still close. I had no choice but to find a hotel that would accept me because I had all my travel baggage
