The room hadn't been cleaned (toilet would have needed a brush to remove solid waste, sticky floor, etc.). There are lots of flies. Over the night I killed at least 15 and that was far from the end of it. This is clearly not new because there were already several dead flies on the walls. Stains on bedsheets and other unappealing lack of cleanliness.

The TV did not work, 4 different people living there and working for the owner on occasion tried. Then at 9:21 pm, a guy opened our door, he had a master key. Luckily I flipped the metal stop on the door so I could see his face but he did not come in.

Everything was bad! The location is very seedy. The room had too many issues to list: it was dirty, the TV wasn't working, the floor was filthy, and the sheets needed dusting. I actually asked for a refund, because I was so upset with the room condition. Also, the staff were not responsive to the issues raised with them.

Though i was shifted to its other property named as Clarion Pointe Hotel, it was awesome and best part was the breakfast in morning , rooms were also clean and everything was on its place. The front desk was also very helpful

We were put in a room between someone watching tv at highest volume, with a barking dog and other room music was played during the night. My sister had a bad feeling and I said let's just book another hotel, but she was already in bed. At around 2am we were woken from our light slumber to loud music and loud talking and dog barking. Can honestly say, in my 40 years of travelling, worst hotel experience ever had.

Originally booked for one night but the hotel was full. They put me in another hotel that had wonderful accommodations that was only a couple minutes away. My only complaint was the television wasn’t receiving channels. Not blaming the hotel, just stating an inconvenience.
