The room was very dirty. The hotel smelled of perfumed wet dog. There were stains everywhere, on the carpet ( looked like animal feces), lampshade, walls, ceiling, etc. I tried to get my money back and leave but since it was after 4pm i couldn't. And the breakfast was served late since it was a weekend 7am is ridiculous.

The room had everything we needed. Was clean and comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in hotels but slept great. Good variety of food for breakfast and the lady who keeps the kitchen clean and stocked is awesome. Overall my favorite hotel we have stayed at in Cookeville!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside areas of the building were clean and well kept. The indoor areas were in poor condition and looked dirty and worn. Carpet in hallways was stained and the furniture in common areas was torn and scuffed. The lobby and hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and it just felt rundown overall. The room itself was clean but the AC didn’t perform well - either too cold or warm and humid. I can’t say it was overly comfortable but was quiet and provided a place to stay for one night.
