Despite knowing that I was there for the conference all week, with me even having to come out of a workshop to take a call with management about the issue) they hemmed and hauled until changing the rate for the first two nights, but not the more expensive last couple of nights… So I was still grossley misled and overcharged..

While I was looking forward to the property being connected to the convention center, which is the destination of the event we are traveling for. The connection between hotel / parking garage and convention center was closed / blocked off. I wish I would have been informed of this so I would have canceled my reservation. The main reason for this hotel was to stay within the building between lodging and event. The check in process was frustrating and quite unfair. I will not be returning to this property.

Nice downtown location. Very convenient for events at the Richmond Convention Center. The staff were extremely helpful and the rooms are clean.
