The management assumed we were smoking in the room because my friend who smokes forgot to put out his cigarette before walking into the hotel from outside. Also because he had a lady friend visit him for approximately 6 hours they assumed again that she was staying with us and would not allow us to extend our stay

Beautiful Motel 6, bought from a higher level chain. Had indoor pool, workout room, nice lounge area. Room was nice, heat was wonderful in the midst of the snow storm, staff were helpful including loaning a scraper for our car. However, the floor of the room was sticky from using a wrong chemical to clean. Multiple attempts to remove it failed. Other rooms were fine. It just needed a good mop & bucket to clean it.Other rooms were fine. This could be a top motel in the Motel 6 chain with more attention to maintaining its level.
