The room needed further cleaning. The baseboards were filthy with dust. The headboard was so gross with stains that we scooted our pillows down to avoid touching it. The bed sheet had a black stain on it. If we had not been so tired from the day (checked in late), we would have refused to stay at this hotel and gone somewhere else.

Room and customer service were amazing. However we had very busy loud children above us that clearly went to bed around 10:00 and were back at it at 7:00am. Possibly putting children on the main fooor would be a better alternative.

Several dirty fingerprint marks on doors and walls, thank god we brought lysol wipes! Some scunge in bathtub not cleaned.They really need to up their quality control. Parking is very limited if you come back after dinner, several cars searching for a spot. Breakfast, I thought would be good, only edible thing was turkey sausage, eggs were processed and gross.

We had a great time and stay at the Holiday Inn when visiting Vancouver for the weekend. The staff were efficient and hotel was clean with all the amenities you need especially around the hotel (restaurants, movie theatre, arcade, etc). Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back in the future.
