You get what you pay for. Bare bones amenities: shampoo and conditioner; no coffee in room; elevator broken which may or may not get fixed; and the toilet leaked, fortunately not in a used space. It appears that the place is being remodeled so it may be better in the future. If you only need an inexpensive place to sleep a few minutes from the airport, go for it!

The size of the room is sufficient, with providing enough space for the number of people to occupy it. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during the time of my stay, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to get to the room. The customer service is professional and polite. Every time I stay here they have computer issues, if the tv works there's barely anything to watch and always issues, and the property looks terrible. This time the elevator was down and others had told me it's been down for months. The elevator really becomes a major issue when placed on 4th or 5th floors.
