The kitchen and living room are completely independent with a balcony and terrace in the living room. It has a garage in the same building for greater convenience. It is located just a few minutes' walk from the city centre and Ribadesella beach.
The accommodation is rented in its entirety to guests, has three bedrooms the main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with two single beds and another bedroom with nest beds, so it has four single beds, and another full bathroom. Garage with remote control in the same building and with direct access, free parking area outside.
