Designed to maximise the dual aspect views, this pet-friendly property is set over three floors and includes a small patio, perfect for summer BBQs, where children can play safely, and pets can find their favourite sunny spot for an afternoon nap. The ground floor features a large garage that doubles as a games room with a table tennis setup and a couple of bar stools for spectators. There is also a shower room and a laundry room, ideal for showering off the beach and washing sandy towels before heading upstairs.

The first floor provides a good night's sleep with four bedrooms: one king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom; and one single bedroom with bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bath, sink, and toilet. The open plan living, cooking, and dining space is on the upper level where families can relax and come together. The decor and furnishings are modern yet comfortable, with two sofas, armchairs, floor cushions, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats eight guests. Head out onto the balcony with a chilled glass of wine and enjoy the sunset views across the bay. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare family meals, beach picnics, or BBQ ingredients. There is also a breakfast bar for catching up with friends and family while cooking.

To the rear of the property is an enclosed decked garden space, ideal for letting four-legged and younger guests run around or for enjoying some family time. The View offers parking for two cars at the front of the property. It's a modern, spacious holiday property just a short walk to Crigyll Beach, one of North Wales' finest stretches of golden sand. Rhosneigr village is only a short stroll for its local shops and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
