Seascape offers stunning views across Rhosneigr Bay and spacious, modern accommodation set over the first and second floors of a detached property. The entrance leads to stairs up to the first floor, where you find a spacious lounge furnished with a three-seater sofa, three armchairs, a TV, a coffee table, and a six-seater dining table. The lounge opens onto a decked terrace perfect for sunset aperitifs.



The large country-style kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, hob, washing/dryer machine, and a wall-mounted breakfast bar. The first floor also includes a family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, accessed via a spiral staircase. The first floor features a king-size bedroom with sea views, a sofa, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, roll top bath, sink, heated towel rail, and toilet. The second floor includes a twin attic-style bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a double bedroom and a single bedroom all with sea views.



Seascape offers driveway parking for three cars and is less than a five-minute walk to Rhosneigr village. The decked terrace and private garden provide plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the stunning views.

Perfect location and views

We stayed with our dog for 4 nights, the property is in the perfect location with direct access to the beach. The property has all the facilities needed for a good stay and is comfortable, although the bed mattress is not the best. The property is advertised as detached, which it is, only it is split into two units and we had the upstairs and third floor which was fine.

Stunning view and location

We stayed for four days to celebrate my son’s 30th birthday and had a fabulous time.The property is amazing and luxurious, overlooking the beach and with direct access through the garden.

Superb location but a little tired now

We have been to Seascape a number of times and would like to return however there needs to be some decoration, it felt tired inside. Needs a bit more attention to detail. Inside cupboards and drawers in kitchen needed cleaning too.

Just Lovely

We stopped at this lovely place at the start of March. We arrived in the dark, it was blowing a gale and tipping it down but on entering Seascape we thought wow. Spacious, clean, tidy my son had the floor to himself. Come the morning the weather changed and what a view and definitely a selling point. Easy access to the beach and the amenities in Rhosneigr. A great view of the Runway at RAF Valley for those plane spotters. We've been stopping in Holiday Lets in Rhosneigr for 10 years and this one is the by far the best so far.

Fantastic location and views

We spent a great week at Seascape. The house is comfortable and spacious with a fabulous location and the views from the terrace and the house are wonderful. We would say, however, that the house is in need of a deep clean and some redecoration.

Fantastic view

Fantastic view, handy walk across lawn straight onto the beach. We were lucky to have wonderful sunny weather so enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the views of the beach and the airfield. Apartment looks a bit worn in parts, bed in main bedroom bit hard until you get used to it and sofa in living room needs replacing or reupholstered.

Wonderful place to relax

Seascape offers a lovely comfortable location to simply relax and enjoy the fantastic beaches or go sightseeing around the wonderful island of Anglesey. You’ll never tire of the view from the terrace and you have direct access to the beach. The property is conveniently located for the cafe’s and bars in Rhosneigr, also well equipped to cater for you and your family. We had a great time here and will definitely be back for another stay.

Fantastic week, perfect location

Absolutely loved this holiday home. Communication was great had no issues finding the location and letting ourselves in. Lovely little town with everything within walking distance. The views from the property were stunning and the short walk to the beach perfect for our mixed aged group and dog. As per some other reviews the house needs a little tlc, paint touching up, cushions very faded, ripped chair, curtain hook ripped off. We also had a towel that was dirty which we had to wash. Overall we had the perfect week and would definitely return.

Amazing views, lovely property.

Excellent position, lovely enviroment. Property just needs a bit of tlc after the winter. Decking could do with a jet hose just to enhance that wow factor. Some of the external doors and windows needs some lubrication. But an excellent stay, could have stayed much longer, food outlets in the area second to none.

Fantastic location

Fantastic location with wonderful views. Clean spacious property with great access to the lovely beach. My only issue is the lack of outside lighting. We visited in November and as access to the property is not until 5pm it is pitch dark then so to unload the car was challenging to say the least and I tripped and fell down doing so. We bought a torch the next day to make it easier to safely get to the car when going out for evening meals. Other than that the property was everything we imagined it to be and we will certainly return there.

Who needs white noise when you’ve got waves

What a place! Location was phenomenal, direct access to the beach, view of the beach/sea and RAF Valley from not only the balcony, but also the living room, primary bedroom and all upstairs bedrooms. Comfortable and well equipped. We had a week of very warm weather for April, so much so I got a bit of sunburn, but when the heating did occasionally kick in, before I adjusted the thermostat down, I have no doubt this would be a suitable property all year round, as even mid winter, you could have the heating on and view the crashing waves from the comfort of the living room. I think the TV was on for less than a couple of hours throughout the week, total, as the scenery was far more impressive, ever changing and mesmerising. Beds were extremely comfortable, bedding excellent. The only comments I would have that aren’t wholly positive, but certainly not enough to stop me happily returning, are the spiral staircase, which I was completely aware of before I went, so use wasn’t an issue, but it was a bit wobbly/creaky, which was a little unnerving for some of the party, also we ended up hanging something off one step, to prevent banging our heads on the staircase, as we crossed the hallway. Finally, both “living floor” showers, primary en suite and family bathroom, required some mopping up after normal use, which wasn’t a major task, but long term I hope the water doesn’t cause further issues for the floor, or cieling of the floor below. Overall very happy with the property. Would recommend and intend on returning in the future.
