I had a wonderful experience for 4 days at this resort while recovering with an injury I got a few days before arriving. From check in through check out, transportation arrangements, guest services, dining in the restaurants, the breakfast buffet, spa services and laundry service/housekeeping, the service, staff and quality was top of the line! Special thanks to Vuola and Eti in dining for their extra care and friendly manner. Everyone I met at the hotel seemed to genuinely love their job and service. I needed extra care and assistance and they were always willing to help. They also seemed to love working together as colleagues and I saw a lot of teamwork. Thank you, Sheraton Rhodes!

overall, a good short trip after a week sailing. The bed was so comfortable and the room was exactly what was needed. We were upgraded to a Seaview which was stunning. But what let it down was Service. Some really lovely friendly staff but no clue on how to deal with little hiccups. A couple of issues that were not significant arose at dinner. What you would expect from any decent hotel, especially a Sheraton would be to be comped some drinks or given a small gesture to make up for the problem. We got an apology but no other gesture which was surprising and disappointing. it was also very busy and at times is very noisy around the pool.

The Rooms are very clean and tidy, the outside areas are very good in fact it's a lovely hotel, my only criticism is meal timings. Breakfast is a bit of a challenge to find a table and is very busy but the food on offer is excellent. The other criticism is the price of the drinks at the bar. Very very expensive I'd advise going to a local shop and buying in you will save a fortune.

This property does not warrant a 5* rating. Updating is needed across the board. The lift doors are rusted and dirty, the hallways leading to the rooms are not hoovered daily, towels are worn out with holes. To top it all off, our room was infested with ants and the solution was to simply spray raid which did not solve the problem. Another room was offered but it was even more worn out than the room we had. Although a price list was present for the mini bar, it was practically empty with only two small bottles of water. This was meant to be a birthday celebration trip but instead we spent as much time outside the resort as we couldnt deal with the lack lustre surroundings. If you are looking for 5* luxury, this isn’t it.

Good resort hotel you need to book a sea view.The food was excelent and staff were very helpful and friendly . The swimming pooles were brillant with lots of sun beds .The only negectives were beer 10 euros a pint and cheapest wine bottle 45 euros.

The staff was nice. But the place lack of the attention to details that make a five star hotel. No bath robe, no sleepers, minibar empty. Two small bottles of water only the first day,they leave another two in my last day. Food was ok. The waiters in the Mediterraneo were very nice. Room service very fast. Swimming pool a little noisy as there were children (not bothered about it). The sunset from the beach and main deck very nice.

We loved our stay there! Breakfast had fantastic options. Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants offered great, tasty options. We would love to go back!

I realize it’s part of the architecture. However, it was so frustrating having to constantly switch elevators from our room to the pool and to get to our car. Also, those are som of the slowest elevators we’ve ever experienced. The pool is Amazing! We enjoyed having access to shade at all times. The fresh mint, oregano, hot lips sage, and basil made the pool area pleasantly aromatic and calming. Having the pomegranate trees and grapes growing on the property was also sweet to see when one is trying to relax. Thank you for all the details in those areas. And you have the best breakfast buffet ! It was a highlight of starting each day!

2 week holiday in August for family holiday. Great location for exploring the island and Rhodes Old town. Taxi service from hotel is hit and miss, would suggest maybe hotel providing shuttle bus to the Old Town

The best hotel en route to Rhodes town. Genuinely kind and brilliant staff. Fantastic service and great food. Special thanks to everyone at The knights Bar - they weee all brilliant and Anna and her team on reception. Thanks Anna for making my husband’s birthday perfect! Definitely would go back !

We had a wonderful time, we just hadn’t realised we would be on the windy side of the island… very very windy. Food options in the hotel were pretty pricey and the local restaurant options didn’t look that appealing. The beach is grit rather than sand… but I’m being harsh - we genuinely had a wonderful time
