Nice hotel. Clean room, decent balcony, quiet. The bar lounge area is nice to relax. Breakfast was a little disappointing and expensive so I only had it once. Unfortunately, coffee/juice isn’t included although the leaflet says it is (but turns out this is if you book breakfast as part of your room rate!) Very close to two beaches (I’d recommend Ellie beach) and near some restaurants and markets. They have a cool co-working space with some books. The staff are usually friendly (especially the night reception guy I met and the woman on reception when I checked out and the housekeeping staff always said good morning) but a female manager - I assume, due to her clothing - was less so. I smiled at her one morning and said hi and she totally ignored me…although I’m finding this is a common thing with hospitality staff on Rhodes? The have water filter stations on every floor but no water… Either remove them or provide them? Overall, good hotel, would stay again, but some areas to improve.

Staff were helpful and polite. Room clean. Balcony good views. Breakfast, only had once due to other things but great yoghurt. Bathrooms, had 2 rooms, small, showerhead great but flooded easily, required more bath mats. First room was fine but second in a corner was a lot better, seemed more square than long. We were happy.

Super friendly, proactive and communicative staff- they were always very responsive and helpful with our questions before we arrived. The check-in was smooth and accommodating as we arrived in the middle of the night due to long delays with our flight. We were also offered any drink of our choice upon arrival, which was nice. The room was bigger than expected and clean, whilst the insulation wasn’t the best as you could hear slight traffic noise at night. The room was slightly worn out than expected but had a well functioning aircon. Close to a nice beach and local eatery places, and very central. Overall good stay for one night.

On our first day when we had use the sink lost of dirty smell water came up from the drain in the shower we had to wait for the next day before the maintenance man could come we were offered extra towels to put on the floor. At the same time our tv would not work we were told the maintenance man would also fix the it was not fixed he swop the tv which worked but needed the brightness changed we asked again twice at this stage we gave up

The room size was just right, with a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. However, the bathroom and shower were quite small. Breakfast was included in the price and was excellent, with plenty of food. The hotel is close to the sea — both the Aegean and Mediterranean sides — with a rocky beach. Parking is on the street, but we managed to find a spot for our car. It’s easy to walk around, with many restaurants, a spa-casino, and the port within walking distance. The location is excellent, the sea color is beautiful, and the hotel staff were very friendly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Everything was perfect! Except one thing, the first night we are arrived very late and we want to sleep. The housekeeping lady around 10:00 knocking on the door 1 time and came in at the same time… That was a little confusing.

Good location, nice staff, a little loud

Location was great, staff were great, food was decent. Room was comfortable but wasn’t one large bed, just two singles pushed together which can be a little uncomfortable (falling down the middle!). The place was also quite loud - the floors were all tile so everything echoed throughout the hotel and the cleaners came around quite early. Also, a very minor thing but a heads up to people like myself I guess…. I chose this hotel over my other shortlisted ones because in the photos, it shows they have Rituals products in the bathrooms. They do not. I chose it because I have sensitive skin and I know it is ok with Rituals but instead they had some local brand.

Fantastic stay - the staff, especially Konstantina and Hannah, were so friendly and accommodating. The location was close to old town, city center, beach and pool clubs. Also a small super market nextdoor, which was very convenient. Would definitely a return
