Excellent hotel

My flight had been delayed so arrived well past midnight. Reception was helpful, friendly and polite The room was great and comfy bed with clean crisp sheets and lovely pillows. Good variety for breakfast and airy dining room. The pool area looked fab too but didn’t have time to take a dip

The hotel was CLOSED,! Completely deserted. Shut up. A small note on the floor with an emergency number. Looks like been shut all winter maybe. Very disappointed with Expedia - Left me stranded travelling alone, late at night and having to find other accommodation. Please unlistvthis hotel urgently and arrange a refund for me. Disgusting

This is a quiet yet absolutely lovely hotel, The staff are so friendly and on 24hour service. There is a relaxing lounge in the lobby and a pool outside with showers for after and sun beds to relax. Although it is a distance from places, there is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel to travel the island. The room itself is clean and tidy with comfortable bed, lots of storage areas and even a fridge. The shower works great and the bathrooms are equipped with soap. The main highlight is the staff being so helpful before, during, and after our stay. This hotel is a hidden gem if your looking for a comfortable stay after exploring the island!

Racist, Aggresive, Threatening and Dishonest.

I typically would never leave a bad review for any organisation, seeing that I run one myself, but this was poor from them, so I must. I complained about the noise coming into the room, having been given a room right next to the street. Every car that went by, I heard. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I was racially profiled ( twice ! ) in less than 24 hours. Remarks such as ‘ people of my kind ‘ , is just not okay. I reported this to two hotel mangers, both dismissed them, with one of them raising their voice at me and even threatening me. To make matters worse, I booked this for 5 nights, and left after the first night, and they still refused to give me a refund for the extra 4 nights, and neither did they change my room. I was left feeling ashamed to be a man of colour in Greece, thanks to this hotel. As I said to them, money comes and money goes, so while I’m upset about the £300+ they get to keep, I’ll get over it, but the bitter taste of discrimination and racism shown towards me, will remain with me forever. To everyone reading this, do better. At the end of the day, we are all human and should be treated equally.

Wij komen zeker terug!
