The room is quite small. The bathroom floor is permanently wet from the shower. Our room overlooked the street which was a bit noisy due to nearby bars and restaurants and the massive building site which was the Mitsis Grand Hotel. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast never varied but was adequate. On arrival I was told that I had to pay €36 tax. I thought this excessive for 3 nights. I was told to consult the manager later about it. When I did he said I had nothing to complain about asI had got a good rate. And anyway it included €7 per night for A/C which still left the tax at €5 per night. There are left luggage lockers costing €2 a time which is handy for early check in and late check out. All in all it’s a basic hotel in a very good location adequate for a short stay, clean enough but I wouldn’t want to spend a fortnight in it.
