A Great Week!
The house was very nice with plenty of room including a large dining room table. The fishing was good and the sand bottom by the dock was great for swimming or floating.

Kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes that allowed a group to not have to do dishes each time we ate. Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors that allowed us to truly disconnect from the technology world. We explored nearby waterfalls, local playgrounds, and obviously backdoor fishing. Property management family was excellent to work with and was available when we needed to contact them.

Northwoods getaway
This is our second time at this wonderful, fully equipped house on beautiful Lake Lucerne. We swam, kayaked, played cards, etc.… all the Northwoods vacation favorites. We rated this one of our best family vacations ever. One grandson said “I can’t wait to come back next year” as we were leaving!
The house is well laid out, it was spotless when we arrived. Working with Steve was super easy. We will look to stay there again and again.

Summer 2024
We had a wonderful time! The owner was very quick to reply and offer assistance for any issues. We loved the sandy area by the dock & spent many hours just "floating" and enjoying the water. There is a longer walk down the hill from the house to the water & you are unable to see the water from the house if you're looking for a lake view property. Launching was very easy with free access to the public launch nearby and we had no problem tying our boat to the updated dock. The house was fully equipped for all our cooking needs & their was ample lounge space to relax and spend time together as a family. We would highly recommend this beautiful and mostly private property on lake Lucerne!

Beautiful vacation spot
Vacation home was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of room, very nice that everyone had there own space. Short walk to the lake, but the shallow sandy area and nice new dock and fire pit area made it well worth it. Steve was great at getting back to us with any questions. Overall wonderful vacation will definitely come back thank you!!!

Out in the wilderness
The house was very nice, the description of the property was not at all what we expected, couldn't see the lake from the house, and the pathway was long and rocky, with no lights for after dark. It was relaxing,if you didn't need to walk from the house to the lake. close neighbors were friendly, we did like the accomodations of the larger house for the kids

Beautiful lake Lucerne
This beautiful property is nestled in the woods near lake Lucerne with a few minute walk down a winding rough path to the crystal clear sandy lake, where you will find an amazing large campfire and a nice area for relaxing by the lake with ample seating and Adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy along with supplies for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. This place is not zero degree entry into lake and has no sandy beach as described, and the picture is not what the beach looks like at all because there is no beach! However, there is a shallow area once you step down into the lake for the kids to swim and play. The cottage is beautiful but house rules are very different than the description on VRBO so be mindful of that as we didn’t see the binder that was behind the microwave. You need to dispose of your own garbage at a landfill yourself, which is a huge downfall we were not aware of until we were checking out and informed by the cleaners who were over an hour early, since checkout time was different than stated on VRBO. Communication with owner was not good, took five days for him to respond to our call, yet when he did respond he was very nice and accommodating. Firewood and toilet paper are not supplied as described for the stay of a week, and only enough for two night fires and only an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom so come prepared! The grocery store in Crandon is a fifteen minute drive which is very helpful. The restaurant, Waters Edge hosts a Wednesday night ski show which is entertaining and you can get to it and dock via boat/pontoon to enjoy a dinner on the lake which was fun! Overall this is a great place to stay but if you struggle with walking it is quite a hike down to the lake, but located in a beautiful wooded area with minimal view of the lake from the cottage. We enjoyed our stay very much but wish the communication was better and the property description and photos on VRBO was not accurate. However, being on beautiful lake Lucerne did not disappoint!

Summer Family Vacation
Very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied with all needed to do cooking, baking. We weren't told to bring TP and that would have been helpful. All in all, nice place to stay.

Great place and great fishing
The property had plenty of room for 10 adults. Steve was quick to respond with any questions that we had. The kayaks and fire pit along the waterfront was a nice touch. The fishing that week was great. We had a great time. Thanks Steve!
