The property has clearly recently been renovated and is very clean. The pool area looked very nice, but we arrived too late to use it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was sufficient, but typical hotel breakfast. We would definitely stay here again… for what we needed. It was perfect.

We arrived in town after a long drive it was sure nice to have a cool, clean, ready to go room. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had our dog and the dog fee was actually fair. We were unable to use the 24 hour pool because of our dog, but it looked lovely. Breakfast was good and they have outdoor tables super nice option. Parking is easy and access to the building was easy as well.

Checkin was very easy. Room was very clean. Hallway smelled a bit like strong vs spices but the rooms smelled fine. Could have been a guest bringing back smelly food. Wry close to downtown area and World Championship Derby. Would stay there again.

Great value for the stay. The hot tub in the bedroom was a perk for my son (since the pool was chilly in the winter months). Standard continental breakfast, indoor pool condition, and room comfort - not the greatest but overall pleasant stay.

The noise in the room from both the room next to me as as well as as the room above me was extremely loud. The smell in the hallways smelled awful Seems like there was people that lived at the hotel full-time and did not care about guest that we’re staying there
