If you want to stay in the heart of Reykjavik, this is as good as it gets. Place was large and comfortable. TV didn't work but I didn't exactly come to Iceland to watch TV. Fan would have been nice for air circulation, but not a deal breaker either. Overall it was a great experience considering price paid. Would recommend.

A perfect location, clean and the best communication I’ve ever had. I only have one complaint. The place was hotter than hot, I asked for a fan which they promptly let me know they did not have one. Great quick communication. We did figure out the tricky window situation. 2 opened up. I am sure it would be lovely inside on a cold day, we were lucky enough to have sun. Loud bar underneath so join in! Embrace the culture and enjoy, it ends at 11:00pm. So much fun. Loved the place. Thank you

Avoid Mani Apartments at present Black mould in Bathroom- not dealt with by the management during our stay. Broken toilet seat - not dealt with by the management during our stay despite repeated requests Lack of communication from management Can get noisy especially around the weekend- but ear buds available from management. Expedia were extremely helpful to try to resolve the issues.

The property is next door to a bar that had live music every night, which we really enjoyed. We could walk everywhere from the location. We were told we’d have a pull out couch but we did not. There was not a smart TV. The hallways are dirty with some trash lying around. The hot tub is not in working condition.

Parking was a challenge. I love that the apartment sits right outside the main strip with great bars, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. However, the locals and tourists party until 2AM so noise was definitely an issue when trying to sleep. However, the noise was not a deal breaker and would definitely stay at this property on my next visit.

Great location right in the prime shopping and dining area and a short walk to many attractions. Clean space with comfortable beds and nicely furnished kitchen. It is a little loud if you are in the front units because the street it is on is in such a prime location. It is loud until 1am or later. They must know this because they left us ear plugs which were a godsend.

We stayed all over In Reykjavik and decided on these apartments our last 2 nights. I wish we had stayed here the whole week. The place has a ton of space, 3 beds, a full kitchen and in the most ideal spot in town and right next to Big Lebowski Bar. You are centrally located here. Don’t spend the money on the higher priced small hotel rooms. That’s what I did as I have status with most brands and this was a better option.

Didn't get the room we paid for. Front door to the building malfunctions and leaves you stranded in the cold. Owner doesn't answer calls. Worst stay I've ever had.

We have problem during first and the next day the code for the door is very sensitive which we understand but we called and they helped us.we feel bad that we keep calling them to help us open the door for us.the room is big and clean nice bed linens and towels.the shower is complicated to used but we learned how to used the next day.we have the city view. emils the maintenance was so nice brought us phone chargers.the bar downstairs so loud until like 2am in the morning for the weekends.we’re good we’re tired from the tour and we don’t mind the music we slept ok.and good music.we love that when we go out everything is in there for you the restaurants shopping supermarket bus stop taxi stand.bakery and everything u need.

Awesome place with a couple drawbacks

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has great views and the location was awesome for proximity to things. However, we didn’t know from the ad that it is located next to a night club/bar so it was very loud until late. It was difficult to sleep which was a big problem. We also didn’t receive the check in information, arrived at 11 pm and had to spend an hour in the lobby trying to get in after a long flight. We were exhausted so this started the trip off rough. The phone # didn’t work for unknown reasons (we could call other Iceland phone #s).

The location is excellent for shipping and site seeing and this was the only place I could find that had two twin beds plus a queen for my family of four. That said, be aware that this is directly above a bar that has live music every night. While it ended relatively early, families with small children may not find this appropriate, and you may want to bring ear plugs. Also, with no front desk I also struggled to get fresh towels (had to ask multiple times and finally just caught the maid in the hallway).

Older building but very well taken care of. Lovely studio with everything you need. A little loud from parties on the street, but nothing closed windows and black out curtains can't fix! Contactless communication but all the emails, etc. are super helpful! Recommend.

Fantastic location and easy to get a hold of management for early check-in. Only reason we did not rate a 5 is the strange smell, which was not overpowering at all, and broken lightbulbs in the hallway that never got fixed. Would stay again!

This property would have been great but it’s unbearably noisy. The live music is great but it’s impossible to sleep. The windows are single pane as it’s an older building and the bars down below are noisy until about 3 AM. None of us slept well unfortunately.
