Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in small town

This was a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment looking right out on the mountain. The appartements are brand new and really nice. Also has a lot of character because some of the doors and furniture are built from the wood from the old family house that used to be on the site. Also nice amenities, but we didn't use them. Downside for us was that the location is in a very small town without much around. Nothing you can really walk to. We pictured in our minds a cute little ski town with all kinds of restaurants and shops, but this wasn't exactly like that.

Strong recommendation!

We spent 4 nights at Fetz in mid-February 2020. We really enjoyed our stay as the apartment was super clean, cozy and basically brand new. The family running the place were very friendly and were living upstairs. The spa area in the basement was something you rarely see in places like this. We had a car and drove 15 min to Warth for skiing. There is nothing much to see in Hägerau itself but you can hike and cross-country tracks were also in great condition. A tip: rent your skiis from Holzgau not Warth, they are cheaper there. The only minor minus is - like in most Austrian places - that ventilation is based on opening the door.

Super Appartment neu gebaut hat alles was mahn braucht. Im Skigebiet ist man in gemütlichen 20min mit dem Bus oder Auto. Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
