Checkin and front desk staff was a bit rude. Room was connected to another one, very noisy and could not sleep well. Tried to change the room with no success. Restaurant staff was excellent.

The hotel is OK. However, the breakfast (included) was awful and the service was terrible. I was in Resistencia for a family emergency and needed to relocate closer to a hospital. The hotel did not answer the phone when Expedia called to request a cancelation after I had stayed two nights (with four to go). Expedia later made contact with the hotel which flatly denied any refund. NEVER pay at the hotel if you have to stay there.
