The friendly apartment is a perfect starting point for a successful Baltic vacation. The house with a large garden offers many amenities.

The spacious, bright living / dining area is very cozy due to the wooden interior and the sloping ceilings.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven and microwave, as well as dishes and cooking utensils.
A new TV (flat screen, satellite TV) and a new radio with CD and DVD players complete the equipment.
There is now WiFi in the house (free of charge).
Bicycles can be rented cheaply from the Drygalla bicycle rental, at parking lot 7c (approx. 50m away): Daily price 5 € for a bicycle with 3-speed gear. Diff. will be reimbursed at a higher price.

The separate bedroom has a double bed with height-adjustable slatted frames. If necessary, additional guests can be accommodated in the living room on a sofa bed and a bed chair. The living and sleeping area is equipped with laminate and is therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.
The rooms can be completely darkened.

The modern shower room has plenty of space for your bathroom utensils and towels. A hair dryer is available.
On request, we will also be happy to provide everything for your baby: baby cot, high chair, baby bath, children's step and potty

Of course, the apartment has a parking space on our property behind the house. The access goes through Kastanienallee (corner of Leuchtturmstrasse).

Payment options: The apartment can be booked online via FeWo-Direkt (credit card required). Or the rent is transferred to the landlord's account, you can get the details from the landlord (via 'Message to the landlord'). In individual cases, cash payment is also possible, e.g. B. for short-term booking.

Our home offers

Our cozy darts and table football room with a small seating area is available in the basement - here you can also bridge the rainy hours.
Our large, beautiful garden offers a lot of variety for everyone. Enjoy your freshly caught fish on our grill, relax in one of the sun corners of our garden, play a table tennis match. Meanwhile, your children can use playground equipment and the sandpit in the garden.

In the bike shed you will find shovels, sand toys, sand cars, buckets, brooms, landing nets and the like. v.m., to really be able to play on the sandpit.

In the basement there is a washing machine for the guests of the house.
