Newly built in 2016 Thatched "Windland" located in Ahornweg 5 in Rerik, near the Baltic Sea beach, in a newly created holiday home complex.
The house has 4 bedrooms, offering space for up to 8 people.
The beautiful, well-furnished thatched cottage "Windland" is located near the Baltic Sea beach, in the newly created holiday home area "Holiday Park Rerik".
It has a floor space of approximately 130 m² and is modern and family-friendly furnishings. In fully tiled, accessible ground floor are the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and a angrenzendenTerrasse with garden, a bathroom with large walk in shower, and a double bedroom.
The first Upstairs has two bedrooms with four beds for adults and a cot for the very young. Furthermore, here is the second Bathroom accommodated with gr. Bath, Walk in shower.
In the loft, there is the fourth bedroom and a small toilet.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Sehr modernere Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. 25minuten Fußweg zur Steilküste. 2minutem Autofahrt zur Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker oder Supermarkt. Kleines idyllisch Ostseebad mit allem was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien, sehr ruhig.

Wochenendausflug nach Rerik

Sehr schönes Haus, modern und komfortabel ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen außerhalb von Rerik in einer schönen Ferienhaussiedlung. Einziger Nachteil ist das die Wege in den Ort oder zum Strand zu Fuß weit sind. Ne knappe Stunde muss man einplanen. Besser ist Fahrräder dabei zu haben oder sich auszuleihen.

Entspannte Tage

Das Häuschen hält, was es verspricht. Rerik ist ein Ort, den wir sehr empfehlen können. Zwar ist es touristisch erschlossen, hat sich aber seine Gemütlichkeit erhalten. Hotelburgen werden einem erspart und der Strand ist an vielen Stellen gut zugänglich und nicht übervölkert.

Toll eingerichtetes Haus. Großzügig, schön aufeinander abgestimmt. Bischen weit weg vom Strand, aber tolles Ambiente und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt im Haus und konnten im Haus und im Garten entspannen.

Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber…..

Wir, 2 Familien mit einem 2- und einem 4- jährigen Kind hatten uns für dieses online größer wirkende Haus entschieden und wurden zunächst von der nicht akzeptablen Sauberkeit negativ überrascht. Dies direkt bei der Verwalterin reklamiert, die den Reinigungstrupp erneut schickte. Nachdem am nächsten Morgen beide Duschen nicht abliefen und eine Rainshower Dusche nur 3 Wasserstrahlen durchließ, haben wir uns auch beim Vermieter beschwert. Die schnelle Reaktion ist ein Pluspunkt, dennoch kein guter Urlaubsstart. Das Haus liegt zu Fuß ca 3km vom Reriker Hauptstrand entfernt und in einer 30er Zone sehr verkehrsberuhigt. Gut für die Kids. Ohne E-Bikes mit Cruiser wären wir allerdings verloren gewesen. Ansonsten aber ein schönes Haus mit modernen TV Geräten, für uns zu weichen Betten, einer Markise und auch genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, sowohl drinnen wie draußen.

Besser gehts nicht…

Ein wirklich schönes und modern eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Gegend. Die Küche ist absolut toll ausgestattet, alles da, was man braucht. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft ohne Einschränkungen empfehlen.

Für unser Familientreffen an der Ostsee war es das perfekte Ferienhaus. Es war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. In der Nähe fährt die Dampflok Molli - das Highlight, nicht nur für unseren Sohn.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, alles hat ganz toll geklappt. Leider konnten wir das Haus nicht wirklich besenrein verlassen, da weder ein Besen noch ein Staubsauger vorhanden war. Ansonsten war alles tippi toppi 🤩

Lage sehr schön ruhig, da etwas außerhalb gelegen. Top Ausstattung, auch in der Küche. Die großen und modernen Bäder sind einfach herrlich. Nur die Kopfkissen könnten mal erneuert werden, die Füllung ist schon sehr klumpig.
