Renovated Low Density Beach Front With Private Beach

Seafarer is a low density building in the heart of Destin. It is very hard to find such a low density condominium right on the most desirable location of Destin. The private beach in front of the building is all yours and you don't have to beat the crowds for a spot on the beach. This first floor unit is completely renovated, sleeps 6 and has a washer and dryer. You can take the elevator or walk up to the first floor and enjoy the beautiful gulf views from your living room or private balcony.

Henderson Beach State Park is steps away. Just take a morning walk there. Enjoy an afternoon drink or snack at Back Porch which is a Destin staple, or just step out from your building to the white sugary sand beach and enjoy the emerald coast.

The unit has a king size bed in the bedroom, 2 bunkbeds in the hallway and a queen size sleeper sofa. It will sleep 6 guests comfortably.

We love our suite!! It was nice and clean and close to everything. We love being right on the beach. The hostess was so awesome they communicated with us the day we arrived to ensure we were able to access our suite without any issues. We will definitely return!!!

Wonderful Destin Condo with a Great View & Location

We had a great stay at this condo in Destin! It was right in the center of everything and we loved walking to the Back Porch. The private, white sandy beaches and dolphin sightings were great! Communication from the owner was also a plus.

Seafarer Summer 2024

My family and I have consistently vacationed to Destin for over 20 years. This Seafarer condo is a great option for couples and small families. Location is great, beach area doesn’t get overcrowded, and the Back Porch is a short walk away! Will return to Seafarer 110!!

I rarely give a bad review as their are always 2 sides to every story. The good! The beach it self was fantastic and location was great as well. It wasnt crowded the parking was open and access to the unit was easy. The owner gave very detailed directions and was very communicative. The bad. It was not clean. My wife and I actually went and purchased our own sheets from the local walmart. Yes, that not clean. The furniture was in really poor condition and honestly looked like what you might purchase at a garge sale. Thje photos indicate that the place is in pristine condition, it is not. I understand it probably gets a ton of use. But the price and phots indicated that it would be worth the nightly price, however, I would have to say sadly that it was not.

Great location!!!

Would stay again for sure! View was great as well. Nice balcony with plenty of seating. Grilling area if you need to grill out. Didn’t use the pool but looked very inviting. 2 things I will mention but does not effect my rating. Patio sliding door doesn’t lock (just like mine at home). But it’s the second floor so nothing really to worry about. And the people upstairs were up really early and kids just running back and forth starting at 630 AM. Owner communication was top notch. Could use a new couch, not much cushion left to it, hard to get my fat butt out lol. My closing comments, BOOK IT!

Great location

We loved our stay here! The ease of getting from the room to the beach was amazing. The view and proximity to The Back Porch restaurant and many other fun activities and restaurants was perfect. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend staying here and we would stay here again if we come back to this area.

The code check in process was easy. There is covered parking. The room was clean, had a nice beach view from the balcony and a comfy king size bed. There is also a bunk in the hallway. We brought our own chairs, though you can rent chairs from the office. There was also chairs in the utility closet. The unit is on the first floor above the parking. You will need to take the elevator up or the stairs from the garage. There is also stairs to walk up over the dunes on either side of getting to/ off the beach. There is also a small outdoor pool and cooking area. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

The Seafarer condo was very comfortable, updated, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness throughout the stay from all the little amenities to communication with Haydar and family. The unit had a great view of the beach from the porch and the private access made it less crowded. Chair rental services are available and made easy through the office located on site. Smaller building with enclosed parking was a bonus, too. A stones throw to The Back Porch and a quick distance to many things Destin.

Perfect Beach Property

This was our 1st time to stay with Haydar but not our 1st visit to Destin. This property was perfect for me & my husband! I wanted someplace small(er)/quiet(er) and ON the beach. This condo could not be more ON the beach! The property is a smaller condo complex & this unit was furnished with everything we needed. It is centrally located, close to restaurants, pharmacies and Walmart (LOL!). It was also nice to have the parking garage, we rented a car on Turo (also a 1st!) & the last thing I wanted was damaged to a rental car so the covered parking garage helped with the relaxation. Haydar was very communicative & responsive although we didn't "need" anything as the condo came with pretty much everything you would need (except beach towels, which we were told about ahead of time). The private part of the beach is small(ish) & low-key, which was perfect for us. They also offer beach service for about $40/day for 2 chairs & an umbrella. If you want cozy, comfortable accommodations directly on the beach, & centrally located in Destin, choose this property! Thank you Haydar for a wonderful stay.
