Cocoonr is offering this brand-new, bright, air-conditioned flat with Wi-Fi (fibre optic) for rent in the town of Rennes, right next to the city centre. It measures 29 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Situated on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, a sleeping area and a bathroom (with a walk-in shower and rain shower). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, hobs, a Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet

No había lavadora en el apartamento, una sola lavadora centralizada es un problema grande, hemos bajado en repetidas ocasiones la lavadora estaba en funcionamiento, cuando acababa no venían a recoger la colada, volvías repetidas veces y en algún momento estaba puesta de nuevo; muy mejorable. Creo que en todas las entradas de luz de un apartamento tendría que haber una cortina para evitarlo cuando quieras. es una lastima porque el resto está más que correcto."
