Room is big, bed is good, shower is good, if you encounter any issue with the room, staff are friendly to help. No air-con given that the air is always cool, a fan in the room to circulate the air. Complimentary breakfast is good. Property owner is really friendly, giving suggestions and tips on what to see, buy and eat around the area. Good place to relax and chill away from the busy city.

Terrible experience.

Staff at front desk aren't really friendly and seemed frustrated. Shower facilities are abit old, food are terrible. The coffee in seven eleven taste 100 times better than what's provided for breakfast. Room set up are abit unconventional and not practical. And the bed are kind of dusty. Overall bad experience.

The staffs at the minsu were loud n they were "shouting" at each other when they communicate inspite of having guest at the facility. The only helpful & well-manners was the young lady. The room was disappointing coz the toilet seems dirty & not well kept. The tiles were black & not clean.

Everything ok except the bathroom

The building is a bit old, the room is ecceptable but the bathroom need to renovation, cause look like a bit dirty. Anyway the staff is very nice, still introduce driver let us share cab to city.

I felt quite disappointed with the hotel. It was noisy at night. We could not slept well; however, we had to wake up very early for the sunrise trip. There is no air-conditioning facility, we had to close all windows to keep away from the noise (but it could not work. It was really hot. I think they had to re-consider to add in this facility. The breakfast provided was really not good at all.

Comfortable stay

We stayed here for one night, and were very pleased with the quality and decoration of the room. We stayed in a Family Mezzanine room, with an upper loft for the kids. As it was winter, the lack of air conditioning,as highlighted by other reviewers, didn't bother us much. By just opening the balcony door by a few inches, we were kept cool and comfortable through the night. The bad odour as highlighted by other reviewers was quite true, and I had to use my Green Tea antiseptic oil to mask the smell. The hotel is within 10min walking distance to Little Swiss Garden, Starbucks,Mos Burger and The Old England Manor. Just ask the counter staff for the short cut behind the hotel. Last but not least, the stay was made extra special, by the resident dogs, Tiger, Heidi and Pang Jiu. They were super affectionate, and Tiger would accompany us to the main road, when we walk out for our meals.

A Wonderful Pleasant Stay with my family.

As we are on a free & easy trip, hotel room was spacious to accomdodate everyone. Nice elegant decor makes our stay very pleasant and feel at home. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night during this trip. In our next trip, we will certainly come back to stay at this same hotel for a few more days and enjoy the peaceful ambience of this hotel! Thumb up!

Average hotel, amazing views from the room

The hotel is just ok, quite average without any special feature to mention except for the magnificent mountain views from the balcony in my room where I took breakfast in the morning. They speak very little English but they tried to help us well in all our requests.

The room was spacious (2-storey) with a high ceiling. The bathroom was located at the 2nd storey and the bed and toilet at the 1st storey. The room had a good view too. The breakfast spread was good, porridge with quite a few ingredients. One thing to note that there is no air-conditioning within the room, perhaps due to the lower temperature on the hills. So if the windows and door were closed, it can be somewhat stuffy in the room.

很棒的民宿

四人房樓中樓空間很棒，有陽台可以看星星跟日出，民宿本身為段家私房菜，晚餐超級好吃的（椒麻雞、大薄片必點）棉被很暖很舒適，床鋪已鋪電毯（夏天用不到）早餐很簡單稀飯好吃😋 孩子說下次會再入住👍
