Escape to this magical cabin on quiet all-sports lake near Remus. Original hardwood floors and walls make this 1-bedroom retreat amazing! Perfect for a great couples get-away, quiet work space, or a small family's most memorable vacation.
You will have 1 Queen size bed and 1 full size sofa bed for sleeping.
Paddle the kayaks, cruise the lake with the pedal boat included in rental or enjoy the wildlife as you hike the nature preserve trails around the lake.
Bring binoculars as there are a resident pair of eagles that nest on the North side of the lake and can be seen diving for fish during the day!

Fish the shore or dock, and cook the days catch on the firepit by the lake, or enjoy the additional firepit behind the cabin. Firewood provided! There are many outdoor seating areas, and several outdoor games for you to use.

For indoor times, there are books, puzzles, games, and cards, or enjoy all your streaming apps on the Roku TV with wifi.

All the pots, pans, and dishes you need are here, including wine glasses! Also provided are paper plates and paper towels, aluminum foil, trash bags, and cleaning supplies.

Looking to grill? We have everything you need! Charcoal, starter chimney, and grill tools are here for you!

To make sure you have an amazing easy stay the following are provided: linens, blankets, pillows, towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion.
Your stay will be completely contactless, including check in and check out. However, should you need anything, I am quick to respond to you.
Please use caution when traveling in this area as we have many Amish friends and neighbors that travel by horse and buggy on all of the roads, including main highways.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I came here for our anniversary weekend and we had a great time! The cabin is quiet and peaceful; it is an excellent place to enjoy nature, while also only being about 25 minutes from Mount Pleasant. We loved being able to walk to the nearby nature preserve and experience a serene walk through the forest. The house itself was super clean and very nice! Kim is an excellent host!

Loved our stay at this cabin. Super cute and cozy. Immaculately clean. We went to a concert at the casino and it was not fat away. We look forward to going back when it's warmer and we can stay longer.

Amazing getaway

We loved staying over at Kim's cabin over the past weekend. The cabin was exactly as described, and is beautiful. The location is perfect, and Kim is the most gracious host. She went out of her way to put up fairy lights all over the cabin when I inquired if there were any. She is excellent with her communication and was swift in responding to all of my queries. We had a great stay and will definitely be going back! The one thing I would caution other guests about is the coil stovetop. If you are planning to cook, please account for the extra time it may take due to the coils not being too powerful (as is generally the case with induction coils). But overll, 10/10 recommend!

Tranquil weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was super clean, ready for us, and welcoming. The amenities were a plus, from the lake view from the bedroom, the use of the kayaks and paddle boat to the easy access of the trails. The wife and I celebrated our anniversary there and talked about how much we enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend staying here.
