Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 2 km, bus stop 300 m, railway station 800 m, bathing lake "Seefeld" 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 6 km, riding stable, walking paths from the house 200 m, skisport facilities 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck - Goldenes Dachl 18 km, Swarovski Kristallwelten 35 km, Garmisch 41 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Rosshütte Seefeld 6 km. Hiking paths: Karwendel Höhenweg, Nördlinger Hütte 3 km. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Local sale of farm products. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.
