Die Ausstattung der FeWo war ok, aber in der Küche war wenig, z.B. keine Abendbrotteller, nur ein Weiß- und ein Rotweinglas (wurde durch den Verwalter nach Rücksprache ergänzt). Aber auch sonst waren meist nur 2 Teile vom Geschurr vorhanden. Dadurch konnte auch der Geschirrspüler nicht genutzt werden, sonst hätte man ihn täglich einschalten müssen, was für Klima und Energie schlecht gewesen wäre.Auch das Müllhäusl war in einem Zustand, den ich so noch nie gesehen und "gerochen" hatte, obwohl wir schon häufiger in Ferienwohnungen waren - aich in Reit im Winkl.

Bei dem Haus „Landhaus Sonnenblick“ handelt es sich um ein älteres Haus in 2. Reihe mit mehreren Ferienwohnungen. Das Haus scheint etwas heruntergekommen zu sein, insbesondere die Außenanlagen. Unsere Wohnung war im 1. Stock und man hatte einen sehr schönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Der Balkon ist leider sehr klein, man kann sich kaum darauf bewegen. Die Zimmerdecken sind doch sehr hellhörig, man hört, wenn oben jemand geht. Das Bad scheint vor einiger Zeit saniert worden zu sein mit u.a. einer frei begehbaren Dusche und einem moderneren Waschbecken. Die übrigen Räume (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) sind alt. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren einigermaßen ok.

ruhige Tage im Sonnenblick

schöne FeWo mit Blick über den Ort und in die nahen Berge vom Balkon, sehr gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert, jegliche benötigte Ausstattung vorhanden, geeignet für ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub, sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Wir hatten sehr schöne Ferientage der Ferienwohnung. In perfekter Lage am Ortsrand von Reit im Winkl ist dieses Ferienhaus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge. Sehr netter Empfang und freundliche Gastgeber!
