The hotel is in a precinct that maps (Google and Apple) doesn’t recognise yet. One tried to make us go through bollards! The other took us up a bus lane too late to turn back! Luckily eventually we found public parking underneath the hotel. We had to drive around the block to work out how to get in there Staff were lovely and the bed was really comfortable. The room was quite dark as far as lighting as well as decor. The shower was in the bath that was not very easy to climb into. I also slipped and hit my elbow. I’m fairly fit and agile but anyone with reduced mobility or pregnant may struggle. We have stayed in better for less however it is location that oh take and the precinct is full of bars and a wide choice of restaurants.

Avoid this hotel! We were in a room on the 3rd floor and the noise from the street was very loud. It’s an extremely busy pedestrianised road and the noise from restaurants and bars below made sleep impossible. We had a child with us and the noise kept them awake until the early hours of the morning. Then the street sweepers started….. hotel could do more to muffle noise with shutters, extra glazing and heavy curtains Beds very hard too, breakfast small and hot food not replenished. There were multiple guests who didn’t get any bacon and eggs. It was not a good nights rest. Only positive points I can think of is that the shower was hot, has an elevator to 3rd floor, parking convenient and wide choice of restaurants for dinner. Staff were friendly enough. Very disappointing overall.

Very convenient location, easy walk from the train station and all the buses and tram. The breakfast was good although the buffet area gets very crowded with only one way in and out. The staff were very helpful at the front desk. We ate at the restaurant it was lovely good variety of dishes. Can get a bit niosy if you are in the front rooms with bars and restaurants and also delivery trucks early morning.

Great location, with underground parking practically outside the front door. Reasonable sized room, comfy bed,but no view. We looked out directly onto a wall and venting pipe. Excellent choice of restaurants on street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

What a wonderful location, in the middle of all the eateries and bars. No noise either, even though there was a small balcony from our bedroom, overlooking the street with all the restaurants. Park in the Erlon underground car park, a 2 minute walk to the hotel.

Air conditioning was fabulous, quiet enough to sleep and effective in this exceptional weather. Reception staff were lovey, and very attentive, and put up with my appalling French attempts. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also a good mix of local and international meals to satisfy everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reims.

The location is great. Everything in general is fine (cleanliness, helpful staff, parking, etc.). The problem, depending on your norms, with our room-again, from our perspective-was that the toilet is off the bedroom area (in front of the bed) and the sink/shower is in a separate shower/sink area. Traveling alone, no problem (would rate higher, but not highest in consideration of issues that might be faced if traveling with others as further described). Traveling with others, it’s a problem if you have a problem with someone needing to wash their hands while you’re in the shower. The internet was on the low end of acceptable.

Great location with so many wonderful dining and shopping options! I’d recommend parking underground. Convenient and very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Definitely return to the lovely city and stay here again!!

Great value hotel in superb location.

The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the old town in Reims with underground public car parking a couple of minutes walk away. We paid for the parking in the hotel and were given a discount. There were loads of bars and restaurants nearby with outdoor seating and the whole area felt very vibrant, no loud music, just the sound of people talking and laughing. We had a lovely big room in the hotel with a small balcony.

Enjoyed our visit to Reims

Right in the centre, Hotel Bristol is great for location. We stayed one night due to us being on a road trip, so we just needed a room to rest our heads. Our room was a little dark due to it being on the inside of the building & the window looked out onto a wall. The lighting in the room could have been a bit better. The room was quiet & clean, however there was a couple of long hairs in the bathroom. The breakfast was good, plenty of room to sit & buffet style choice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again. Reims is a beautiful city.

Good overnight stay

Very comfortable overnight stay. Charming and helpful staff. Good location with parking very close by. Nice touches of free glass of champagne if you eat in their restaurant (we did, good!) and a few euros discount on the parking. Our room faced on to a tiny light well and high walls so was a bit dark and stuffy but all in all it was an easy stay

Good location

This hotel is close to the station and is on a wide pedestrian street, with plenty of eating places around. It is linked to L'Edito restaurant, so the decor is all about books and newspapers---rather nice. We were happy with our rooms, and enjoyed the hotel breakfast (extra fee).
