We had full clear views overlooking the ocean from our room. The scenery was beautiful,.So relaxing watching people surfing and enjoying the beach and local area. Eateries were within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Salt Bar and restaurant. Our room was very clean, well stocked and easily accessed from the garage parking via a lift. Our favourite place of accommodation so far on our trip. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. Nice size room and overall very clean, however there was some staining to the sofa seating, some mould on the bottom of the net curtains, a cracked tile in the shower floor and some hairline cracks in the bathroom basin where things had obviously been dropped into it. The room was comfortable and had good facilities and the underground parking was very good, with lift access up to the rooms and reception.

On site parking, local restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff were great and very welcoming. Great location and only 15 minutes drive from Dunedin city and good public transport. Hotel is right on the beach front and the views are amazing. A must stay location.
