Just off of route 1 and 3 miles to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, downtown shopping and beaches.

The luxury condo is within walking to the the outlets, several restaurants like Cracker Barrel, and the Park and Ride. You can enjoy a day at the pool, relax on our screened in porch, or by the beach.

Main bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Master bath has a large shower. Both bathrooms have hand soap with a starter roll of toilet paper.

The Living room is the perfect place to relax with a couch, love seat, and swivel chair and ottoman opens up with extra throw blankets. Also with ceiling fan and a flat screen tv, and DVD player. Perfect for a rainy night to play board and card games that are for your use. Provided is a mini corn hole set too. Please bring DVD's of your choice.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking, baking and eating supplies. Toaster Oven, mixer, blender and microwave are all provided. Kitchen table seats 8 with a counter height bar for an additional 3 people.
Screened in porch also has a table and 4 chairs for your enjoyment.
Outside porch has a small table and 4 chairs also.
A beach cart is provided to make your trip to the shore a little easier.
Also include are 4 beach chairs and a 7 ft beach umbrella.
Newly purchased also is a 38 quart cooler with a handle and wheels. Don't forget your beach towels and sunblock
Condo is located on the third floor so you will have to walk up some steps.

There is plenty of parking in the large parking lot surrounding the building at no charge.

Coffee Maker: Standard Drip Coffee Maker and a small Keurig under island in the kitchen.

The Maximum Overnight Occupancy for this home is 8 people.

All rooms have a ceiling fan for your comfort.

Linens Package Option: 
Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home.  However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included.  For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival. 

The Linens Package includes the following items:

1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy

Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth

1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count  

Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets.  1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets

1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
FREE Delivery and Pickup
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival.  You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.  For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation. 
Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.

"Welcome to the Palms Community" Email
You will receive a "Welcome to the Palms Community" Email 14 Days prior to your Arrival Date.  The email will contain a wealth of information about your vacation home and the Palms Community.  Please let us know if you have any questions once you receive the email.  

Cleaning
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest.  However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

Outdoor Monitoring
The home may have an outdoor security camera and / or video doorbell installed. If present, these devices are strictly for outdoor security monitoring and safety purposes.

Lease Agreement
Please be advised that by completing a reservation with Bethany Beach Home Rentals you are agreeing to all of the Terms and Conditions in the Lease. Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy can also be found on our Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website.

COVID-19 Cleaning and sanitizing procedures
We have upgraded our procedures and taking extra care in cleaning and sanitizing each vacation home. We follow approved guidelines to ensure each home is carefully sanitized before your arrival. Surfaces are disinfected using approved products. This includes counter tops, frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls. At Bethany Beach Home Rentals your safety is a top priority. We have put these extra measures in place to allow you comfort and peace of mind during your stay in our homes.

We are the exclusive agents for this home. We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together a rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates that you are requesting.
