BED! BUGS!!! Terrible stay, and even worse management to resolve our issue. Do not recommend. First room upon checking in had ants everywhere, so, we asked to transfer, which they did. Turns out, a room was opened up that was “on hold”— a few days after leaving, we discovered exactly why that room was “on hold”. It was either being treated for bedbugs, or hadn’t yet been treated. This was our first run in (and prayerfully our last!) with bed bugs. We checked in very late, and with shuffling rooms, we did not inspect the bedding due to our exhaustion. My boyfriend and I woke up the next morning to find little spots of blood on the sheets and a several bites on both of us that developed over the next 3 to 4 days. It was truly a foul experience. We did end up getting refunded entirely for the day, which is about the only positive thing to say. Tried to speak to the office manager, Janane, about getting our home reimbursed for treatment— after about 95 attempts of reaching out to her and her regional manager, we gave up. For the sake of your health, don’t stay here.

Yes they were very nice about my husbands service dog and had a nice place to walk him with bags if needed. The workers very friendly and helpful. But need to know the place is older and not as nice as the newer ones but it was clean other then could use new carpet .

Very accommodating when I checked in. Since we had a dog they placed on the first floor close to an exit. Gentleman working the second shift was especially helpful with dining locations among other things.

Musty smell. Clean bathroom and bed though. They tried putting us in a room that smelled like smoke and gaslighted us that there were no other rooms until I stood my ground.

Upon entering the room it smelt like mildew from standing water or previously the carpet had been wet and it was not cleaned on top of that we had to go to Walmart to get roach spray because the room had roaches in it shaking my damn head this was the second time we have been at this hotel and we've never had a problem before
