The hotel provided an excellent stay with staff who genuinely cared about the guest experience and the upkeep of the property. Our room was meticulously clean, the beds were comfortable, and the oceanfront view was stunning. Although the building is a little dated, ongoing renovations will hopefully improve it. My main complaint was the effectiveness of the toilets, often requiring multiple flushes. Convenient parking was a bonus, and I would happily return for another stay.

Upon arriving at the Atlantic Sand, we were greeted with politeness and hospitality. The room was clean and spacious. Great view of the ocean from the sliding door and balcony. Perfect location it would be for the summer and not have to worry about having to leave as all the necessities are right there. Beach, Boardwalk, shops and lots of food choices.

Check in was fine. However my room (the bathroom specifically) is not satisfactory. I had to notify maintenance of the ceiling having fallen down in the bathroom. There were pieces of (plaster?) on the floor and on the top of the toilet. When I went to use the bathroom a little later, there was who knows how old pee in the toilet (fowl smell) and a ring in the toilet indicating it had not been cleaned in some time. I am very bummed about this. Keeping bathroom door closed because of smell.

I have stayed at the Atlantic Sands for many, many years now and I always enjoy it. I usually go in the off-season, so its always very quiet and very few others staying there. The hotel is always clean, and well maintained, the staff is always very friendly and its only a block off Rehoboth Avenue where all the shopping and dining is located, so I usually never even drive once there.

The pictures weren’t an accurate description at all. We checked in, saw our room and left and went to a different hotel. The building looked run down and the rooms were out dated and didn’t look clean.
