My room looked like there had been a flood. The jet bathtub didn’t work. The carpet was coming up and was extremely dirty! There were black footprints on the linoleum and it was coming up. One of the pillows smelled of dirty armpits! No need for me to go there ever again! Gagging!

First of all the front counter staff were amazing! I wish I could remember their names! They were truly fantastic! They checked me in early as I arrived earlier than anticipated and they did it without charging me an extra fee. The breakfast in the morning was really quite good and the staff that served the breakfast were the sweetest ladies! The pool wasn’t the cleanest but my kids enjoyed it! There was no parking on the one night to the point where I had to make my own parking spot. The staff was okay with that. The hotel room was clean and spacious I would definitely stay there again!

Need juice options for after hours.

My only complaint would be that the vending machines need to carry a juice option. We had a situation with out diabetic daughter that needed juice to adjust her levels but there was not option to be had. The front desk staff tried helping but he had to find other options.

Our room was clean, however the bathroom in our room needs a bit of an upgrade. It looks like the sink and counter is newish, but the finish of the door was peeling, the tiles had some black mold in the grout and the bathtub looked like it may have had a non skid cover stuck to it for a significant amount of time without it being removed as there was a rectangle section where it was a lighter colour than the rest of the tub with some of the enamel peeled off: our stay was short so we were able to get away without using the shower but for the $160 the room cost us I expected the room to be in better condition.
