There are several hairs on the bed, hair in the bathtub, stains in the sink, and a smoke odour coming from the pillows. It didn't feel secure. Employees are doing good. Only the room itself is unclean. The bed, sheets, and pillowcases are soiled so we slept with a hoodie on. I'll upload the pictures here if I can. The exhaust fan in the washroom is so loud. It was the worst hotel I've ever been at. As soon as we arrived. There were two police cars in the parking lot. There are approximately 6 police officers at the front desk. Felt unsafe.

We felt unsafe driving onto the property. We noticed several people around the side of the building, clearly engaging in drug use (smoking crack)There were also people in the flat bed of their truck drinking alcohol openly. Upon entering the premises there were 2 security guards. We considered changing hotels but could not find a vacancy.

This was a disappointing stay. We chose this hotel for the hot breakfast based on the description online and the photos. There were no waffles or other hot offerings as was expected. They did have a pancake maker that was only ok. We were disappointed that the tv services were also not working and a remote control that did not have batteries. I notified the front desk and nothing was done to remedy the situation. The bathtub faucet leaked all night and we clearly had a pet room, as there was the smell of pee on the carpet in the room. I know they are undergoing renovations but for the price we paid we could have had a similar experience in a more inexpensive place. We won’t be back.

Room was an upgrade, had to force open the door just to get in. Fridge was not working properly, outside access (ground floor room) door had to be forced open, lots of traffic noise even with the doors closed. No television service, very poor internet.

Good value!

Travelling with older dog— doggie designated room was just perfect! Loved the convenience of being able to bring our dog directly outside from the room, and the walking/ doggie area ( complete with fire hydrant) just across the back parking lot Continental breakfast. Impressed that there was a fairly good supply of both fresh apples and oranges. Easy on/ of of the highway and several food choices quite close by. First time staying here— if we need a night in Regina again, our first choice!

Okay but tired.

The place is newly renovated and painted however,some of the furniture looks very tired. We booked for two nights and were very surprised to find out our room was not cleaned and they only clean the rooms every three days. For the price point of $354 for two nights stay we expected daily housekeeping. The rooms were very clean, however for two queen beds. It was small and tight. The beds were comfortable.

My room was ok bedding was very good, no cafe so had to go outside. There were quite a few tweezers hanging around the parking lot so did not feel safe. This was the second time I stayed there and may look for a different place next time. It was clean bit the sink in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Should have been noticed before I am sure.
