The home was generally clean and comfortable, and it worked well enough for our stay in Regina. The space itself was tidy and mostly as expected.That said, there were a few surprises that would have been helpful to know in advance. After booking and checking in, we learned that there were tenants living in the basement with small children, and we were asked to be extra quiet in the evenings because of this. It wasn’t a major issue, but it would have been good to know beforehand so we could plan accordingly.We also noticed some mold in the main shower, which should probably be addressed.Parking was another challenge. The listing mentioned street parking, but as we later discovered, Regina bylaws only allow a two-hour limit on public streets for commercial vehicles. Since we were traveling with one, this made parking more complicated than expected.Overall, the house itself was decent and reasonably clean, but the number of unexpected details made the stay a bit more complicated than anticipated.
