Great hotel. Just needs small upgrade on food
I will start off by saying that these beds quite possibly could be the comfiest bed I have ever slept on. Super comfy. Rooms are nice. Hotel is nice. Staff is friendly. Only downside I have to say is the breakfast. For what you pay, you should get a little better quality and change daily of food. Somewhat anyways. I know it’s hotel food but I have had much better. Stayed over a week. Other than that. Great hotel. And I guess hot tub was shut town for some reason..?

This is the best hotel in Fort Saskatchewan, as you see by its Expedia ratings. Little things; like glass glasses, not plastic disposables. The shampoo is in the shower where you need it, not on display on the bathroom counter. Staff is always good. This hotel was lovingly built by a gentleman who thoughtfully put framed historic photos of Fort Saskatchewan in the hallways and all the rooms. The Kanata chain took over just as oil prices dropped around 2015, but it has held up well despite what must be tight maintenance budgets. I recommend it.

We stayed at the Kanata for a conference we were attending nearby the hotel. The hotel was clean and the beds were cozy. We enjoyed the free continental breakfast although the coffee could have been waaaaay better, but hey... Tim Horton's was not far away!

Very nice hotel
Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Rooms not very sound proof. Book 4th floor to avoid unwanted noises.
